Here’s a Special Offer for You

Thank you to taking the time to visit our Web site. It's probably a safe bet to assume that if you're considering business coaching. Then, you are also keen on making your business even more successful.

Below are ten tips, none of them new, and I'm sure you've seen them all before -- but they’re here as a quick reminder to help you on your way:

  1. As a leader it is essential that you have a ‘compelling vision’ for your company and that you communicate it passionately and regularly to both your staff, and customers.
  2. With the vision, or compass heading, clearly in mind, do make sure that you give yourself a written guarantee of success by publishing your goals, to those who really count, in writing.
  3. Immediately below your goals decide upon the key result activities, that you and your team members will be responsible for delivering - day in, and day out.
  4. Monitor your progress regularly and make sure that you have a robust structure in place to help you, and your team members, throw off the inevitable discouragement.
  5. Treat your staff well, and invest in them -- it will pay handsome dividends.
  6. Listen to your staff, and customers at every possible opportunity. Both of these groups will give you more information about your business than you can possibly imagine.
  7. Make it easy for customers to buy. Offer exceptional service, clear written guarantees and build in the "Wow factor!" For both your team, and your customers.
  8. Celebrate every win, both big and small.
  9. Lavish all your people with sincere Thanks You’s.
  10. Above all, make business fun -- which makes it easier and you’ll make a great deal more money!
